Enable HTTPS on Apache2

Enabling https on apache is fairly simple. Just have to follow the 2 steps:

1. Navigate to /etc/apache2/mods-enabled. Make sure that any *ssl* load and config files are linked here. These files usually reside under /etc/apache2/mods-available. Create a symbolic link into the mods-enabled directory

2. Navigate to /etc/apache2/sites-enabled. Make sure that the default and default-ssl sites are linked here. These sites are available under /etc/apache2/sites-available. If not enabled – create a symbolic link in the sites-enabled directory pointing to the sites-available directory

Ta-Da.. Restart apache service. And get to work now.. !
